Chris, a co-founding partner of the Firm, received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and his law degree in May 1990 from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal. Chris has been admitted to practice in New York since 1991. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Chris became associated with the firm of Westermann & Tryon in 1991, and a partner in January 1998. In 1998, Chris co-founded Westermann Hamilton & Sheehy. Chris has focused his practice in the areas of construction, surety, employment and general liability. Chris has conducted trials and hearings involving breach of contract, unfair competition, the Uniform Commercial Code and other matters. Member, Fordham University Law Journal, 1989-1990.
