Len is Of Counsel to the Firm. He is a graduate of Princeton University and St. John's University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1984. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Len's practice concentrates on complex commercial finance, real estate, general business and municipal zoning matters.  Len has negotiated and closed over two hundred asset-based and real estate loans in the tri-state area for several commercial lenders. He has also been lead counsel on many refinance and work-out matters. In addition, Len represents several real estate developers who acquire and develop residential and commercial properties in New York City. Len has also been lead counsel on the leasing of commercial and warehouse facilities in Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as throughout Long Island and New York State. Len represents several privately held companies located in the metropolitan New York area which manufacture and distribute products in global markets. Len has also represented these companies with their expansion into new markets.
