Michael, a partner of the firm, practices in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, administrative law, real estate and bankruptcy. Michael has represented general contractors, subcontractors, sureties and architects in a wide range of disputes with public and private owners throughout the New York metropolitan area. Michael started his legal career in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he practiced in the area of commercial litigation, primarily in the context of the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining the Firm, Michael practiced with a number of law firms in the metropolitan area. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University and earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Maine. Michael received his J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York, the State of Oklahoma, and the State of Texas. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Tenth Circuits, as well as numerous federal district courts.
