Stephen attended Binghamton University and was awarded his undergraduate degree in 1996. He went on to Brooklyn Law School receiving his law degree in 1999. In December 1999, he was admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. Before joining the Firm, Stephen was an associate with the firm of Smith, Mazure, Director, Wilkins, Young, Yagerman and Taralo, where he engaged in general insurance liability litigation, the defense of construction work-site claims and medical malpractice cases.
