Joanne has over 30 years of experience defending clients for insurance companies and defending self-insured or uninsured construction companies. She specializes in construction site injuries, New York Labor Law, construction defect cases, municipal liability, products liability, sports and recreation and general liability. Joanne is also well versed in the coverage issues and contractual issues that arise from those claims, and handles any resulting appeals. Joanne was a former counsel of record for an insurance carrier managing two offices while providing oversight of her attorneys’ cases and handling her own. Joanne handles claims from the onset of investigation through discovery to trial and appeal. Joanne drafts construction contracts for her private clients as well.
