Overview
Mike started his legal career in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he practiced in the area of commercial litigation, primarily in the context of the oil and gas industry. Currently, Mike concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and construction litigation. Mike has represented general contractors, subcontractors, sureties and architects in a wide range of disputes with public and private owners throughout the New York metropolitan area. Mike’s public projects include schools, prisons, sewage treatment plants, hospitals, firehouses, libraries, roads, bridges and historic structures. Mike’s private projects include high-rise condominiums and office buildings, commercial buildings and airline terminals, by way of brief example.
