Renee received her Juris Doctorate degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts. She spent several years as staff counsel for Zurich Insurance Company in Manhattan before joining WSSG.

Renee has conducted trials in the Supreme Court of New York in property damage lawsuits and successfully argued summary judgment motions in the New York state court on behalf of commercial real estate owners, lessors and tenants, as well as construction and manufacturing clients. She also has extensive experience handling lawsuits in the New York federal courts, specifically representing Home Depot, Hilton Hotels and several other corporate clients in a variety of different matters. Renee has also successfully briefed and argued appeals in the New York Appellate Division, First and Second Departments.

Renee also has defended many clients in subrogation claims, as well as direct actions involving claims of property damage and loss of business income. She has also defended clients in construction defect cases and attended depositions, court hearings and mediation proceedings. Her practice has included hiring experts and engaging in discovery to evaluate the potential liability and damage awards for her clients. She has worked with a variety of experts to produce helpful results for her clients at trial and/or in settlement discussions.
